Flashover Simulator The Flashover Simulator allows us to teach our firefighters the signs of flashover in a controlled environment. This simulator consists of a burn chamber and an observation chamber which keeps the students 3 feet below the actual burn room. This prop exposes our personnel to realistic flashover conditions, which helps teach them when to stay and play or to get out.
